Acceptance

By using Notavello you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

What Notavello is

Notavello is a browser-based tool that converts copy-pasted AI conversations into formatted PDF documents. The free tier includes a watermark. The Pro tier ($5/month) removes the watermark and lifts the message limit.

Your content

You are responsible for the content you paste into Notavello. Your conversation text is processed entirely in your browser and is never transmitted to our servers. You retain all rights to your content.

Acceptable use

You may not use Notavello to:

Export content that violates any applicable law.
Attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell the service.
Circumvent the watermark or message limits without a paid subscription.

Subscriptions and billing

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds except at our discretion.

Availability

Notavello is provided as-is. We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available but do not guarantee uptime. We may modify or discontinue features at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Notavello and its owner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada, United States.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
