Privacy Policy

The short version

Your conversations never leave your browser. Notavello generates PDFs entirely on your device. We do not receive, store, or transmit your conversation content.

What we collect

When you visit Notavello we may collect:

• Basic analytics via Cloudflare (page views, browser type, country). This is anonymous and does not identify you personally.
• Your email address, if you choose to sign up or contact us.
• Payment information processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number.

What we do not collect

• Your conversation content — it never leaves your browser.
• Browser extension: The Notavello browser extension processes your conversation entirely locally on your device. It transmits nothing — no conversation content, no usage data, no personal information of any kind.
• Any personally identifiable information unless you provide it voluntarily.
• Cookies beyond what Cloudflare sets for performance and security.

How your data is used

Any email address you provide is used only to manage your account and send service-related communications. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Third-party services

• Cloudflare — hosts the site and provides basic analytics and security.
• Stripe — processes payments. Subject to Stripe's Privacy Policy.
• Google Fonts — loads typography. Subject to Google's Privacy Policy.

Nevada privacy rights

As a Nevada-based service, we comply with Nevada Revised Statutes Chapter 603A. Nevada residents may request that we not sell their personal information. We do not sell personal information. To submit a request or inquiry, contact us at legal@notavello.com.

Children

Notavello is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we make material changes to this policy, we will update the effective date above. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
